The cargo in the web sling hangs from the tackle rolling on the static light brown line. 
The darker lines below the static line are used by the Implicit's deck hands to pull over the
cargo and by the oiler's deck hands to pull and return the empty sling. The gray water
tight cylinder is used to deliver documents.
